New Menu at Werk: Homemade Tapas, Global Flavors & Beloved Classics

At Werk, we believe that good food should always inspire. That’s why we’re introducing a new version of our menu — richer in flavor, bolder in choices, yet still based on honest foundations. We’ve added tapas, a kids’ menu, a new pop-up cocktail menu and flavors from different corners of the world. “Respect for ingredients is fundamental. Working in a Michelin-starred restaurant taught me how important it is to focus on detail, freshness, and an individual approach to each ingredient — and that’s exactly what I aim to bring to Werk,” says Head Chef Adam Vasko. The new menu was created so that meat lovers, pasta fans, lovers of fresh and light dishes, and vegetarians all find something they enjoy. A major new feature is the tapas section — dishes meant to be shared, sampled, and combined according to your mood. “They awaken the taste buds and prepare guests for the next course,” Adam adds.
