New Menu Highlights Worth Discovering

There are dishes you love coming back to. And then there are those that inspire you to try something new. At Werk, the new menu brings you both.

Start with our sharing plates, packed with bold flavours. Buffalo cauliflower with a gentle kick, our popular fried prawns in coconut batter served with two unconventional dips, or grilled halloumi with roasted pumpkin prove that even a smaller plate can deliver a complete culinary experience.

Pasta lovers can look forward to homemade tagliatelle and ravioli. Delicate tagliatelle with fresh truffle and butter, the classic saltimbocca with prosciutto and sage, or ravioli filled with ricotta, peas and mint are dishes built around quality ingredients and careful preparation.

If you’re in the mood for something special, go for a steak. Our new striploin can be customised exactly to your taste – choose your side and sauce to create the combination that suits you best. The menu also welcomes grilled beef tenderloin with a baked potato, caramelised Brussels sprouts and a rich demi-glace sauce.

New desserts provide the perfect sweet finish to your visit. Crispy cinnamon churros with passion fruit caramel sauce and vanilla-yuzu cream, or a brownie with raspberries, orange and edible gold, are sure to delight anyone who enjoys a well-deserved treat.

There are new additions to the drinks menu too, including new flavours of craft lemonades, kombucha, nitro matcha and homemade iced tea. We have also expanded our selection of original gin & tonics, available in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.

Low-alcohol cocktails deserve a chapter of their own. With complex flavours, thoughtfully combined ingredients and a lighter character, they are an ideal choice for an afternoon get-together, dinner or a long summer evening.

You can also continue to enjoy our art-inspired pop-up cocktails, along with a selection of new wines designed to complement every course.

Come and discover flavours created with the same attention to detail that we bring to every plate and every glass.
